About the firm

Founded in 2008, Ibrahim Alnaseri Law Firm has built its reputation at the intersection of capital markets, corporate structuring and regulatory practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The firm advises issuers, institutions and entrepreneurs through every stage of the corporate lifecycle — from formation and financing under the Companies Law to the governance frameworks and contractual solutions that sustain enterprises over time.

Our work spans legislative and regulatory projects, judicial disputes and the precise drafting that keeps transactions sound. Each engagement is met with the same standard: rigorous analysis, commercial judgment and discretion.

Rigor

Every position is grounded in statute, regulation and precedent.

Judgment

Commercial outcomes, not just legal answers.

Discretion

Confidentiality held as a matter of principle.
